Applicants must submit the Photostat copies of the following documents along with the admission form:

1. Recent photograph
2. Class X Admit Card
3. Class X Registration Card
4. Class X Mark Sheet
5. Class X Pass Certificate
6. Class XII Registration Card
7. Class XII Admit Card
8. Class XII Mark Sheet (after results)
9. Class XII Pass Certificate (after results)
10. Transfer/Character Certificate from the last school attended (after results)
11. Birth Certificate
12. ST/SC/OBC Certificate, if applicable
13. Migration Certificate (original) — required later for students from boards outside AHSEC

Original documents must be presented for verification at the time of submission.

If an interview or test is required for any applicant, the candidate will be notified by the college.

1. Admission is granted upon the Principal’s approval.
2. Admission fees must be paid within the due date; otherwise, the admission will be cancelled.
